Every lab is different. Therefore, we created our lab's onboarding guide to help new members get acclimated in a transparent manner. This is a living, breathing document that is changing based on what we find that works (and also what doesn't work). Our onboarding guide is also helpful for those who are considering if our lab is where they want to rotate, or perform research full-time.
